Meet our run leaders (LiRFs & CiRFS)
Meet our volunteer run leaders (otherwise known as LiRFs “Leader in Running Fitness” or CiRFs “Coach in Running Fitness”). Our run leaders plan and take out the 4 groups twice a week.
All our LiRFs are fully qualified and insured by UK Athletics and not only lead routes, they plan them, backmark them or otherwise assist and mentor our runners to help them achieve thier goals in a safe environment.
Some are HRC funded and others are independent self funded and between them have a wealth of knowledge to help you.
