Which group is right for me?

For our regular Monday and Wednesday sessions, we normally run 4 differently paced groups.

This gives runners a choice of how they want to run on a particular evening, they may fancy a faster run one night and a more easier recover run the next – runners are free to move up and down groups on any particular night they wish.

Group 1

Distance: 5k to 5 miles
Pace (min/miles): 11:30 to 13:00
Pace (min/KM): 7:09 to 8:05

(approx 5KM time of 36 – 40 minutes)

Group 2

Distance: 5 miles to 10K
Pace (min/miles): 10:30 to 12:00
Pace (min/KM): 6:31 to 7:27

(approx 5KM time of 32 – 37 minutes)

Group 3

Distance: 5 miles to 10K
Pace (min/miles): 10:00 to 11:30
Pace (min/KM): 6:13 to 7:09

(approx 5KM time of 31 – 36 minutes)

Group 4

Distance: 5 miles to 7 miles
Pace (min/miles): 9:30 to 11:00
Pace (min/KM): 5:54 to 6:50

(approx 5KM time of 29 – 34 minutes)
